Secretariat Section Officers Visit Braille Section at Anna Centenary Library

On June 27th, a group of Secretariat Section Officers visited the Braille Section at Anna Centenary Library. We showed them the different services we offer for visually impaired users, such as reading support, assistive technology, and audio services.

Our staff member, who is visually impaired and works as a Braille Binder, gave a live demonstration on how to write Braille letters in both English and Tamil. The visitors were very interested and happy to see our work. They praised our team and encouraged us to keep supporting the visually challenged community with these important services.
